MIXD is a traveling DJ collective that pits local artists against each other in face-to-face (F2F) battles. one city versus another. This round is Tulsa vs NWA.
Three back-to-back matchups of 1 Tulsa DJ vs 1 Backroom resident DJ. All happening in a 360° setup, with the DJs in the middle of the dance floor and the crowd wrapped around them.
Unlike a typical B2B (back-to-back) set where DJs alternate tracks on the same rig, F2F means each DJ is on their own setup, mixing live with no view of the other’s mixer, relying only on their ear.
It’s pure skill: beatmatching, timing, and intuition.
