WHO WE ARE
Backroom Social Club is a platform for artists that serves as a third space where people from all walks of life gather to share ideas, celebrate creativity, and connect over music and art.
WHAT WE DO
We manage Backroom Artist Studios, supporting NWA's local artists, and host unforgettable events that pulse with passion and individuality. Known for our dance events, we empower artists to perform what moves them and often feature live painting, light displays, and more. From local DJ nights, local rock bands, and live local jazz nights to art markets and family-friendly gatherings, we aim to inspire connection and creativity.
Q: Is Backroom Social Club a membership?
A: No :). No membership fee, but often a door cover to cover performer costs. "Club" in the name represents the community feel that our regular attendees say they have in our space!
WHY IT MATTERS
Local art is the lifeblood of our community. It tells our stories, reflects our diversity, and sparks dialogue that shapes who we are. We believe local art needs a place to live, and local artists deserve a platform to thrive.
