Flaming Serpent/Velvet Python,
Visual Artist

Abbey Pierson is a visual artist originally from the Coast Salish region of Washington State. As a member of the Cowlitz Tribe, Pierson was taught Coast Salish design as her first art form. Though her current artwork often relates to psychology, sexual expression, and speaking on current issues in contemporary styles, this traditional art acts as an undercurrent for every style and medium she works with.
